BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a FREE forty (40) hour training program incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for PCA/ Direct Care Worker, DCW, to graduate to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of BAYADA-provided 40‑hour Direct Care Worker course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and nail care.
• Assist with range of motion and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use of lifting devices.
• Provide oral feeding assistance.
• Perform vital signs checks as needed.
• Support home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with medication administration.
