BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a TWO DAY COURSE incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for a Direct Care Worker, DCW, graduate to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Training and Onboarding

BAYADA is offering a FREE training program incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for a Direct Care Worker, DCW graduate. Upon successful completion of the training, an offer of employment may be extended. The program includes a two-day Zoom course (camera on) and a third day in the Williamsport office to complete clinical skills with our Clinical Manager; onboarding with our recruiter follows.
