Qualifications

• No Direct Care experience required if you complete the Direct Care Worker Training Program provided by BAYADA.
• You must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises and transfers using lifting devices.
• Provide oral feeding and monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Support with ambulation and mobility as needed; assist with medication administration.
