Venture-Community-Service in Sturbridge, MA seeks Relief Staff to provide daily care and supervision for adults with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and offers hourly pay.

You will monitor health and safety, assist with personal care, lifting and transfers, and participate in documentation and communication with the Residential Logistics Director.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Daily use of a car on site preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Monitor individuals for health and safety.
• Safely evacuate individuals in the event of fire or disaster.
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Assist individuals with bathing and personal hygiene tasks, including lifts for weights 150–250 pounds.
• Transfer and carry individuals, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory.
