Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support across Frisco, Plano, Allen, Coppell and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily activities, mobility, medications reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship to help them remain at home.

Qualified applicants have CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, US work authorization, and at least one year of caregiving or home health aide experience.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Caregiving/Home Health Aide experience: 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with transfer and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Companionship care and social engagement.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Support memory care for dementia/Alzheimer's.
