Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-medical home care across Frisco, Plano, Allen, and surrounding areas. You will deliver personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments.

We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible hours, direct deposit, overtime pay, and recognition bonuses. Prior caregiving experience and valid CPR/Driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• Driver's License is required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Caregiving/Home Health Aide experience: 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Assist with transfer and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare light meals.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship care.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Support memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
