Job summary

Home Instead in North Texas is hiring CAREGivers for in‑home assistance across McKinney and surrounding areas. Roles include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders and personal care, with flexible shifts and a $100 sign-on bonus.

We offer 15–17 USD per hour for full-time or part-time work, paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for advancement. No prior experience is required; training provided to help you start helping aging adults in the community.

Pay $15-$17/hr

FULL TIME OR PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE. We have a variety of shifts available including weekday, evening, nights, and weekend shifts.

Requirements To Be a CAREGiver

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
