One You Love Homecare Richardson is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for clients in the Richardson area. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain independence and dignity in a home setting.

Role includes personal care, mobility support, light meal prep, and light housekeeping. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred, with flexible scheduling and potential for evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Job Summary

• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

Location

• Are service area covers Richardson, East Plano, Sachse, Wylie, Lavon and parts of Rowlett and Garland

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport), is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
