We serve individuals with a variety of ages and disabilities, including Down Syndrome, Autistic disorders, and Moderate Intellectual disabilities. Service areas include Nashville, Madison, Hermitage, Columbia, Antioch, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Springfield, and Hendersonville. Various shifts are available, including full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation daily
• Ability to pass Abuse Registry, Criminal background, and Motor Vehicle background checks
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate attitude
