We are a family-owned and operated business serving Nashville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas since 2012.

Assisted Family Care is committed to hiring enthusiastic and caring professionals who thrive on making a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to assist our elderly, ill, and disabled clients in their homes and community with activities of independent living.

Now hiring direct support professionals to assist our community with intellectual disabilities. Clients range in age and include individuals with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities. Service areas include Nashville, Madison, Hermitage, Columbia, Antioch, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Springfield, and Hendersonville. Various shifts available—full-time or part-time.

Tasks include:

  2. Transport into the Community
  3. Community Activities
  4. Household Assistance

Qualifications:

  1. Enjoy working one-on-one, eager to improve and learn new skills
  2. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation daily
  4. Able to pass Abuse Registry, Criminal Background, and Motor Vehicle checks
  5. Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
  6. Willing to enforce health and safety standards
