Job summary

ComForCare is seeking an in-home caregiver in Reading, PA. This part-time role focuses on companionship, social engagement, and personalized support in the client’s home.

You will assist with meal preparation, meal planning, errands, and light homemaking tasks. Flexible scheduling and a same-day pay option are available to help balance work and life.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and social engagement with clients.
• Meal planning and preparation, including special diets.
• Shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments.
• Light homemaking tasks in the client’s home (dusting, cleaning, laundry).

Duties:

=> Companionship, socializing with the client, purposeful engagement.

=> Cooking, meal and snack preparation, measuring and preparing special diets.

=> Shopping (grocery, household, other) and running errands.

=> Transport to and from appointments, shopping and/or other activities.

=> Perform homemaking activities including (but may not be limited to) dusting, vacuuming, sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning of common areas including kitchen and bathrooms, washing dishes, doing laundry, changing bed.
