Job Description

Transitions at Home is growing, and we need compassionate and reliable individuals to assist clients in their homes with daily companion care and light assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

• Schedule: 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2 hours per day
• No mandated shifts; you leave when your visit is complete
• Start immediately

Requirements

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and car insurance (mileage reimbursed at the federal rate)
