As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Team members may work in various areas including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

This position could be located at the Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, or Marriott Courtyard in Lancaster, PA.

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM on weekdays & 9:00AM-5:30PM on weekends. Weekends & Holidays are required.

• Please note: shift end times may vary based on occupancy and workload.

Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium!

Starting Rate: $16.50/hr. - $17.50/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within allotted time
• Vacuuming carpets and furniture
• Cleaning and dusting furniture
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing dishes in suites
• Changing bed linens
• Cleaning guest room bathrooms
• Cleaning high-touch areas to meet COVID-19 standards
• Assisting in laundry: washing, drying, folding, and sorting
• Maintaining linen carts and supplies
• Ensuring guest room security and privacy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
