Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass screenings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained and maintained as required.
• Experience is preferred but not required for training-eligible positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support meals, activities, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interactions.
• Respond to residents' needs and requests for assistance.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and communicate with the team.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and independence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESIDENT ASSISTANT?

At Spring Arbor, our Resident Assistants are an important part of our residents' everyday lives.

You'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, supported, and valued while assisting with:
