What You Will Do:

You will help implement customized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will provide exceptional care by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional in-home care to clients
• Follow personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Document task completion and report changes in client condition or behavior

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm
• Reliability and punctuality
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Reliable transportation to and from work
