Qualifications

• 3–5 years caregiver experience preferred.
• Current TB test required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• GCHEXS Background Check required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
