Right at Home Palm Coast is seeking compassionate CNAs/HHAs to provide in-home care to clients in Lake Worth, Florida. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship within the client’s home setting.

The position requires a CNA license or HHA certificate and a valid driver license, with flexible scheduling and paid training. A Level 2 background check is required, and benefits include overtime pay and mileage reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform personal care activities (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).

• Provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders.
• Assist with exercises and use of lifting devices as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• Vehicle Registration
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray

• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
