Right at Home Palm Coast is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our trusted home-care team in Palm Coast, FL. This role focuses on personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, travel time between clients, and competitive benefits. A valid CNA or HHA certification and driver's license are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.).
• CPR certification (in-person).
• TB or Chest X-ray clearance.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medication assistance CEU.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, dressing, and hygiene.
• Prep meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Provide hospice support as needed and remind about medications.

We are looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Palm Coast, Flordia.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:
