Position Overview

Job Summary

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general non-certified routine services following established procedures, under supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including trash removal and bed changes.
• Support meal services, including transportation, tray delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Check on residents unable to call for help regularly.
• Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned.
• Communicate resident condition changes to nursing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service, companionship, and activity engagement.
• Help clinical staff make residents comfortable (e.g., positioning, hydration).
• Assist with personal care following state guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
