Job summary

Always There In-Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients in their own homes. You will support daily activities, assist with mobility, meals, and medications, and offer companionship while following individualized care plans agreed with the family and supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have a compassionate, dependable approach.
• CNA certification required for CNA positions.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to the team.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and in-home care preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and safe in-home transportation as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by regulations and care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care and provide companionship.
• Follow the client's care plan and document changes for the team.
• Observe client condition changes and report to supervisor promptly.
