Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team in the Arlington, TX area. We provide in-home care to seniors, focusing on quality of life and well-being.

You will work directly with clients and their families to deliver personalized care with pride and purpose. We offer weekly pay with direct deposit, benefits, paid training, and flexible start dates to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/HHA/PCA credentials or equivalent experience.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia care experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for Clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation)
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion
• Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications
• Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care

Job Responsibilities:

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience

• Proof of current Car Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
