Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience required.
• Must provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients with ADLs and IADLs in the home.
• Establish effective communication with Clients and Family Members.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the Client's environment.
• Remind Clients to take medications and report changes.

Skills

Professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for Clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation)
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion
• Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications
• Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care

Required Skills

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of current Car Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
