Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join its dedicated team. The role requires assisting Clients with daily living tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and providing companionship. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in caregiving, specifically with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. A valid Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in caregiving roles.
• Must provide professional references.
• Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia is necessary.
• Current Driver's License and Car Insurance are required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States must be proven.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Maintain communication and professional relationships with Clients and Family Members.
• Document completion of duties as per service plan.
• Keep Client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind Clients about medication schedules.
• Report changes in Client's condition to ensure quality care.

Skills

Alzheimer's/Dementia experience

2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA)

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass a background check

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for Clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation).
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co‑workers.
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion.
• Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind Client to take self‑administered medications.
• Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA).
• Provide professional references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of current Car Insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
