Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or PCA experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Geriatric care passion.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed and report changes to the nurse.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
