ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes across Massachusetts communities. The role emphasizes independence, personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and safe home management while fostering meaningful relationships.

We value reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED, and CNA/HHA certification if applicable. Our team follows strict PPE protocols and safety practices, with a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• [If Applicable] A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• [optional] Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CPR.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
