Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• English literacy for communication and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in clients' homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and monitor health and safety needs.
• Support medication reminders and appointment transport as needed.

Skills

CNA license

Education

High school diploma / GED

CNA license / Home Health Aide certification preferred
