Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with transfers/movement around home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing/showering/dressing/shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care as needed.
• Offer companionship activities like reading or music.
