HomeWell Care Services seeks caring CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and caregivers to join our team in Surprise, AZ. We offer full-time and part-time positions delivering compassionate, in‑home support so clients can remain independent and safe at home.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Must pass a criminal background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality in-home non-medical care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support.
• Medication reminders and mobility/transfer assistance.
• Transport to medical appointments and errands; dementia care and fall prevention.
• Accurate documentation of client care and communication with family and care team.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in‑home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
• Companion Care and Emotional Support
• Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current TB Test.
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
