Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in the Beverly area and surrounding towns. Earn $21-$26 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and basic medical support. A stable, supportive team environment helps you deliver compassionate care to clients at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA Certificate OR CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting."
• Nail care and range of motion exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Medication assistance and vital sign checks.
• Home management tasks like laundry and meal prep.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides:

• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
