Pay Range

This range is provided by HomeWell Care Services of CA Northern Bay Area. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for details.

Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Immediate Openings

All shifts available in Pinellas and Pasco County. Join a team that values dignity, compassion, and respect. Provide one-on-one non-medical care to seniors wishing to age in place at home.

Shift Details and Compensation

• 1-3 Hour Shifts: $20 - $30 per hour
• 4+ Hour Shifts: Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience and certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and companionship
• Personal hygiene, grooming, dressing
• Meal preparation and planning
• Light housekeeping
• Ambulation and transfer assistance
• Medication assistance as needed
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Preferred CNA or HHA license, or relevant experience
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Active CPR certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Mature, caring, punctual, reliable
• Active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or willing to pass one
