Overview

Highland, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Little Falls, Minnesota, is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. Our facility offers Assisted Living and Memory Care Units with 65 total units, dedicated to helping residents Age Magnificently.

Shifts & Compensation
  • Full Time PM and Full/Part Time Overnights
  • HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00/hour based on experience
  • Shift Differential: $1 for PM, $2 for NOC
  • Sign-On Bonus for Overnights: Full-Time $1000, Part-Time $500
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care, respecting each resident's needs and dignity
  • Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care
  • Assist with medication administration
Qualifications & Benefits
  • Preferred: Experience in assisted living, healthcare interest, compassionate attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
