Job summary

Monarch Communities® is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in daily activities, including personal care, meals, mobility, and social engagement. No experience required; paid on-the-job training and benefits are provided to help you grow.

You will follow each resident's care plan, maintain dignity and safety, document services, and report changes to your supervisor while joining a dedicated team at Brandywine/Monarch- Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred) or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts
• Document services provided during the shift
• Report changes of condition to supervisor promptly
