Role Description This Caregiver/CNA role allows professionals to choose their own client, shift, and pay rate while providing in-home support to older adults in Hayward, CA. This is an on-site role focused on assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities may include meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship to promote safety and emotional well-being. Caregivers will monitor client conditions, report changes to families or appropriate contacts, and follow care plans and safety protocols. The role also involves maintaining clear communication, respecting client preferences and dignity, and reliably arriving for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications
