Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support for activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to families or coordinators.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols; maintain client dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and coordinators; arrive for scheduled shifts on time.
