All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Compassionate Caregiver/CNA to support clients in their homes across Thomas County and nearby locations. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with basic personal care.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and ensuring safety and dignity for clients. A valid driver’s license, CPR, and a background check are required. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
