Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, including meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care, in clients' homes. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

CPR certification is preferred or obtainable before start date. We offer flexible schedules, daily pay options, benefits, EAP, and 401K participation, plus tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background check cleared before start.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Six months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
