All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support for clients, helping with daily activities and maintaining independence in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance. Applicants should be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, plus background check clearance and CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum six months caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Background check clearance required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship

• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
