Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Wyomissing is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver / CNA to support residents with daily living activities and build meaningful relationships in a home-like setting.

The position offers part-time hours with day and night shifts. CNA certification is preferred but not required; caregiving experience is a plus, and you will join a supportive team focused on safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Engage residents in activities and conversation to foster wellbeing.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper documentation of care.
• Document care provided and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure resident comfort and safety.
