Job Summary

Columbia Cottage in Hanover, PA is looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well‑being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
