Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home caregiving team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will support clients with daily activities, safety, and companionship, helping them live independently in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, paid time off for full-time staff, and opportunities to advance into team leadership. Travel to client homes is required, and we provide a supportive, values-driven workplace

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to client homes within the service area.
• Experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is provided.
• Must pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Perform homemaking tasks such as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being and safety.
