Homewatch CareGivers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You’ll support daily activities, provide companionship, and work within a team that values dignity and respect.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and benefits including health insurance for full-time staff, paid time off, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Travel to client homes within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Caregiver requirements include willingness to travel to client homes within service area.
• Experience in home care or skilled nursing preferred but training is provided.
• Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, DMV check, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Homemaking Services: light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, errands to maintain a safe home.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance: Supporting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Homemaking Services: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Caregiver Requirements

To ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, we ask that applicants meet the following criteria:

• Willingness to Travel: Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is available.
• Background Screening: Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.
