Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide flexible-shift, in-home care across Bucks County. You will deliver compassionate, one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting daily living activities and personal care.

Eligible candidates enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($16–$19/hr), PTO, and opportunities for professional development within Griswold’s supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, HHA, PCA, or CNA).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred) - or reliable transportation.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background checks & provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Companion care and personal engagement.
• Documentation and communication with the care team.
