Charter Senior Living- New Lenox, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain residents’ dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
