Charter Senior Living in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Caregiver with assisted living or memory care experience to support residents with daily living, dignity, and companionship.

You will work with our team to implement care plans, assist with ADLs, mobility, and report changes, while enjoying flexible scheduling, paid training, and a range of insurance options.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
