Job summary

Charter Senior Living- Fox Lake, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA to join our team across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Previous experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred, with pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour.

You will provide hands-on support to residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
