Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Grand Blanc, MI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA certificates or 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Companionship: Engage clients with conversation and activities.
• Homemaking: Help with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Care Coordination: Observe and report changes to the care team.

About the Role

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
• Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.
