Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring part-time In-Home Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Ortonville, MI. The role emphasizes compassionate support, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities. Training is provided on the job to ensure quality care.

Ideal candidates have CNA or HHA certification or 1+ year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to reliable, compassionate service in clients\' own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate or HHA certificate preferred.
• 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred; 0–1 year accepted for highly motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to improve quality of life.
• Assist with light homemaking tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in client health to the care team.

About the Role

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
• Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.
