HomeWell Care Services MI251 is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. If you are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and care coordination with the office team for changes in client health.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0-1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
• Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.
