Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas seeks a caring Home Health Aide to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and health monitoring. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and medication administration, while ensuring privacy and safety.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, enjoy teamwork, and can follow instructions with attention to detail. A valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required for community visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
