Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas seeks compassionate caregivers in Dallas to provide in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety and dignity in routines.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean living environment, following HIPAA guidelines, and offering emotional support to residents and families. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required; drug screen and background check will

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You MUST be able to pass a drug screen and background check (State and National). Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
